Nonce Marking Pencil by Collins

For making white marks on dark fabrics. Water soluble. Protective cap.

Instructions:

Always test the Nonce marking pencil on a spare piece of the material you are working with to insure the results you are looking for. Be sure to mark lightly. The super soft lead is easily visible when marked with a light touch. Do not use a heavy mark. A light mark on your fabric can easily be washed away with a damp tissue.
